The Save Venice Ball celebrates everything we love about New York: fashion, glamour and yes, a little bit of drama. I’ve been coming now five years in a row and also yes! just like Chanel, five is definitely my lucky number. Hosted at The Plaza, the scene totally brings back that legendary moment originally imagined by one iconic Truman Capote. Babe Paley, CZ Guest, Lee Radziwill and Slim Keith, without knowing or maybe yes! the OGs back then established NYC as one of fashion’s true capitals. They say swans became extinct in 1966 but this particulary night brings all of them out of their exotic ponds arriving in stunning outfits. And if there’s someone that’s truly committed to prerserving this couture dream is no other than the one and only Lauren Levison XOXO💋

1. Lauren Levison
In words of the co-chair of the night “those weren’t feather’s” – talking about her dress. For dancing in the moon, Lauren Levison chose a french lace with chiffon details paired together in a design by Gilles Mendel. Cherry on top? witnessing her as dancing queen all night and I bet the whole Plaza couldn’t take their eyes off that stunning feathered hair piece by yes! again, Gilles Mendel.
